Terms and Conditions of Sale
End User certificate
- Buyer shall fill out and an end user certificate and return it to TAKIHARA Co., Ltd.
(This is in order for us to file a parameter sheet to its manufacturer for the purpose of export control - judgment whether the product is subject to the restrictions or not.)
Note:
Order intake and shipment can be confirmed only after approval is granted by its manufacturer for its parameter sheet.
Judgement by its manufacturer usually takes about 1-2 weeks from application date.
Payment
- 100% T/T in advance.
Exceptions may apply upon individual consultation.
- Wire transfer fees shall be borne by buyer.
International shipping
- EXW (Ex-Works)
- Shipping fee, taxes, custom duties shall be borne by buyer.
- In the event that your equipment is damaged in transit, buyer shall contact TAKIHARA Co., Ltd immediately after the delivery.
Buyer shall start return shipping within 7 business days after TAKIHARA Co., Ltd. accepts return.
Warranty (Used Equipment)
- ROR (Right of Refusal) 7 days
- Warranty 30 days for refund and repair due to product defect
Warranty period may be reduced to 14 days depending the nature of equipment.
Please note that third party evidences of defect detail are required to claim warranty.
Provided that TAKIHARA Co., Ltd accept the evidence of defect, repair and round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by TAKIHARA Co., Ltd.
In the event that equipment is damaged due to our poor packaging, the repair costs and round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by TAKIHARA Co., Ltd
Items not covered under warranty
- Discoloration, scratches, deformation, etc. of the exterior.
- Repair or replacement of:
parts of CRT, LCD, or other display devices, and
consumables such as batteries, hard disks, Windows startup failure, printer ink or parts, or periodic replacement parts.
Malfunctions and damages caused by
accidents during shipping,
customer's mishandling, modification, severe use, moving, transportation, dropping, liquid spillage, submersion in water, etc.,
environmental conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, gas damage, vibration, pollution, salt damage, dust intrusion, etc.,
natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, windstorm, flood, etc.,
external factors such as voltage, etc., and
connection or use of hardware, software, interface, supplies, etc. not approved by the manufacturer.
- Any cases if seals are broken.
